Any inappropriate behaviour will be discussed with the child and parents/carers. Persistent inappropriate behaviour may result in the child being withdrawn from STEP Zone.

Collection of children

Your child/children’s safety is our up most concern and as such our collection policy is very important. We will not immediately allow you into the hall to collect your child until we have verified who you are. We will ask you to verify who you are with the password you supplied on the booking form. Please do not be embarrassed or offended at this, it is to ensure the children’s safety.

In the event that another adult turns up to collect your child and they do not have the password, we will not allow the child to leave with them unless we have had prior confirmation from you.

On collection of your child you will be asked to sign them out on the register.

No child will be released to anyone aged under 16 years.
