Word of the week ‘nonchalant’

The Word of the Week from Monday 13th November is “nonchalant” which means:

 Feeling or appearing casually calm and relaxed.

Example use in a sentence:

 The lady gave a nonchalant shrug despite being annoyed.

 The child seemed nonchalant about SATs.

 The man had an air of nonchalant about him.

Please encourage your child to use the word “nonchalant” as many times as possible.
